SPORTING CLUB TEE DARK GREY

A tee designed to commemorate the iconic Sporting Club nightspot and restaurant which was situated in South Bank in Middlesbrough in the late 60s and 70s before being destroyed by fire on Christmas Eve 1975.

It's impossible to underestimate the importance of nightlife and club culture in Teesside. Nightclubs throughout the decades have gained iconic, almost mythical, status and the Sporting Club certainly ticked all those boxes.
